1.本中心保留最終之決定權。Should a dispute arise, Sing Kong Education Group (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to arbitrage the final decision.
2.申請人/團體在使用課室或場地時不得超過其可容納人數。The stated capacity of each room should not be exceeded.
3.如申請人/團體違反場地及課室使用守則, Sing Kong Education Group (Hong Kong) Limited 保留權利終止其租約。Sing Kong Education Group (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to terminate the use of venue(s) should the hirer fails to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Venue Hire.
4.如場地及課室之設備發生故障, 請立刻通知當值職員。Any malfunction of PC and/or other devices should be reported to Sing Kong Education Group (Hong Kong) Limited onsite staff immediately, or hirers take responsibilities for any damage reported after use.
5.申請人/團體請將填妥的租用場地申請表電郵至 email@example.com 傳真至3016-9880。申請人/團體須於租用日期前3個工作天邀交50%之訂金。若於付款後取消租用, 以繳的訂金, 將不獲發還。For Booking, duly completed Application Form for Venue Hire and email to firstname.lastname@example.org OR fax it to Sing Kong Education Group (Hong Kong) Limited (Fax : 3016-9880). 50% rent deposit must be submitted to Sing Kong Education Group (Hong Kong) Limited at least 3 working days in advance for reservation. However, the deposit will not be refunded if a confirmed booking is being canceled.
6.租用場地及課室不可少於一小時。使用超過十五分鐘作一小時計算。Minimum duration of each booking is 1 hour. Any overtime of more than 15 minutes will be charged as one hour rental.
7.如申請人/團體在租用時間三十分鐘後仍未到場或未預先致電通知取消或更改時間, 本中心會將課室或場地分配給下一位申請人/團體而無需另行通知。而申請人/團體必須繳付所有費用。If hirers do not show up 30minutes after the booking time, nor give Sing Kong Education Group (Hong Kong) Limited postponement advice, the rooms will be allocated to next requesters without prior notice and hirers will be charged with the full rate.
8.申請人/團體必須小心使用場地及課室之設備及設施, 如發現有損毀, 均須照價賠償。申請人/團體亦不可擅自改動場地及課室的設施或佈置。Hirer should handle room equipments with care and proper manner. Hirer is not allowed to make any alternations, modifications and/or attachments to room facilities. Hirer will be charged for any cost incurred for repairing and replacement of equipments with any damage after use.
9.在使用場地及課室後, 申請人/團體必須把課室或場地清理至租用前狀況。Hirer should take responsible for reinstating the facility to its original condition immediately after use.
10.未經批準不得在課室或場地內飲食。申請人/團體請保持課室或場地清潔衛生。No food and drinks allowed in all rooms.
11.嚴禁在本中心吸煙。No smoking is allowed in the premises.
12.租約於以下情況立刻終止及本中心每小時收取罰款港幣$800. 如果申請人/團體Booking of venue shall be deemed to be cancelled if the hirer :
-分租或轉租場地及課室assigns or sublets the venue(s) to another party ;
-改變活動類型using the venue(s) for a purpose other than stated in the application form.
13.如因設備發生故障、電力終斷、漏水、火警、政府限制或不能預知的事故而令活動受阻或取消, Sing Kong Education Group (Hong Kong) Limited概不負責。Sing Kong Education Group (Hong Kong) Limited shall not be liable for any loss due to any breakdown of machinery, failure of supply of electricity, leakage of water, fire, government restriction or act of God which may cause the premises to be temporarily closed or the hiring to be interrupted or cancelled.
14.如果申請人/團體帶來的物品對Sing Kong Education Group (Hong Kong) Limited 構成危險或做成滋擾或障礙, Sing Kong Education Group (Hong Kong) Limited 可要求申請人/團體立刻把物品移走或清除。Sing Kong Education Group (Hong Kong) Limited may order the hirer to remove from the venue (s) anything brought by the hirer or his agents which in the opinion of Sing Kong Education Group (Hong Kong) Limited is dangerous or liable to cause nuisance or obstruction and the hirer shall thereupon immediately remove such thing.
16.若遇黑色暴雨訊號或八號以上風球, 申請人/團體可於兩個月內另選租用日期而無需額外繳費。In case of booking cancellation due to Typhoon No.8 or ‘black’ Rainstorm Warning signal is hoisted, hirer has the choice to reserve another date and time period for use within 2 months of the same venue subject to venue availability without additional cost.
17.本中心可隨時更改以上所有條款之內容和調整收費而無需另行通知。All charges and Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
